Spent xmas in a small town hotel. Breakfast was okay and the outdoor heated swimming pool was great. the hotel had a wine spa experience that my partner really enjoyed. the hotel was in a lovely location and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel wasn't very welcoming. Our table was not reserved and we didn't understand why.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast provided is delicious, and the option to add on an afternoon snack and complete dinner for a reasonable price is a great value. the wellness area is also very nice, providing a perfect opportunity to unwind and recharge.

The fact that payment is not possible with credit cards could be inconvenient for some guests.

The wine spa experience was enjoyable and relaxing. We also liked the outdoor heated swimming pool that added to the overall experience.

One of the worst aspects was that all tables were labelled in advance and we couldn't find our names, which made us feel unwelcome.
